CHALLENGE

Migrate four years of accounting history from Business Central and CRM data from Dynamics 365 into a clean Odoo 19 install — without disrupting a running business.

APPROACH

Sat with finance, sales, and ops to design around their real workflows, not an idealized spec. Built migration tooling, reconciled trial balances, and iterated after go-live as understanding deepened.

CHALLENGE

Hours of manual transaction matching every month — finding which invoice belongs to which debit entry, one line at a time.

APPROACH

An auto-suggestion engine backed by a scoring model surfaces the right invoice for each debit entry and flags ambiguous edge cases for human review. Judgment stays with the accountants.
